Cancellation Policy
At Honey & Bloom, we do stand firmly on our booking and cancellation policies - out of respect for our stylists time & other clients time. Your time is our greatest value, and we appreciate your investment in your service at H&B.
All scheduled appointments with your provider are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service if cancelled within 48 hours. Same day cancellations will owe 100% of the scheduled service cost. NO exceptions.
As independent artists, our time is how we make a living. When booking a skill-based service with a provider, you are booking an artists time. As with any business, there are policies in place that protect the provider and the client. Please have respect for our artists time & skill.
Clients that no-show scheduled appointments will not be rebooked for future appointments. Clients that continuously cancel scheduled appointments (either within or outside of the cancellation window) will not be rebooked for future appointments.
Sickness in the Salon
If you are sick - please stay home. We ask this of both stylists & clients. If you come to the salon visibly sick, you will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment, while paying the full cost of your appointment as a cancellation fee. ONE cancellation for sickness within the 48 hour period is permitted per client, generally for the year. This is at the discretion of your stylist. Repeated sick or emergency cancellations are subject to paying the above cancellation fee. While we do of course care for our guests and have empathy for their personal situations, our time is still at value. We are professionally still obligated to charge for our time. Out of respect for your stylist - please be aware and understanding of our policies.
Bringing Guests & Children
With love, please do not bring other guests to your scheduled appointment. Honey & Bloom is an intimate, small space salon experience with limited extra seating. Our goal for our clients is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment. Extra guests include friends, spouses, children, etc.
Guest Conduct
At Honey and Bloom we maintain a firm policy on treating our stylists and fellow guests with respect and kindness. ZERO hate speech, slanderous terms, or aggressive talk or behavior is permitted whatsoever - no exceptions. Any racial, hateful or intolerant language will call for an immediate halt in your service. Your card on file will be charged in full and you will be promptly dismissed.
During servicing, disrespect of your stylist is unacceptable. At Honey & Bloom, we stand behind our stylists, their work, and their professionalism. Please communicate any concerns you have in a polite and decent manner - our goal is to make you happy, and to make you feel cared for. Your concerns are so important to us - and we are here to help.
Re-do/Refund Policy
At Honey and Bloom - our goal is to have you leave us feeling confident, happy and cared for. Because our career is paid via our time, skill, and cost of product - we do not offer refunds for our work. However, we do offer one color or cut adjustment per service. This adjustment will only be performed if brought to your stylists attention within 7 days of your original service date. All adjustments are made at the discretion of your stylist. Excessive adjustments or re-dos will be considered a secondary appointment and will be charged appropriately.
